I started the project „maniladays“ in January 2017 when i came to manila looking for work. I always wanted to work in Asia and the best place for foreigner to get work is actually the Philippines with the biggest BPO Industry after India.

Manila is really a concrete jungle in the best sense. Manila is madness, great disparety, always smiling people, failed urban planning, high population density and most of all never boring.

Mostly sundays in my spare time i went into this congrete jungle, equiped with my beloved fuji camera, looking for new adventures with the idea of photographing the everyday streets, its people and its animals.
